Healing Breath Yoga is a deeply healing and profound yoga and meditation experience designed to help you realize the infinite potential of who you are and your own ability to heal.
We will begin this 90 minute session with a Kundalini Kriya that will set the intension around opening the heart and cultivating more health and happiness in our lives. The remaining 60 minutes will be dedicated to powerful pranayama (breath work) which will fill the body with life force energy and activate all chakras. Sound therapy will then guide us through a deeply healing mediation experience. You can expect to experience higher states of love, joy, radiance and levels of meditation that would traditionally take years to accomplish.
A basic understanding of yoga and meditation is helpful but not required.
Brian Assam is a certified Vinyasa and Kundalini instructor who is driven to elevate people through yoga and conscious awareness.
