Description
Dr. Wayne Kindle, Superintendent, and Mr. Jason Bietz, Business Manager, will present factual information relating to the need for an Opt Out. The public is welcome and encouraged to become involved throughout this very important process.
In previous communications, radio discussions, State of the School presentations, and various community presentations over the past two years we have communicated the impending need for an Opt Out in the Yankton School District. We also provided input and discussion opportunities from the public during our “Forward 2024” Strategic Plan this past school year regarding an Opt Out for the Yankton School District. School funding continues to challenge schools across our state, including the Yankton School District.
