Celebrate World Laughter Day! The celebration of World Laughter Day is a positive manifestation for world peace and is intended to build up a global consciousness of brotherhood and friendship through laughter.
Join Amy Reyes for laughter yoga—based on the unique idea that you can laugh for no reason at all. We don’t use comedy or jokes; you don’t even have to have a sense of humor or be in a good mood to be in class! Combines guided laughter activities, gentle yogic breathing and childlike playfulness to create a happy hormonal cocktail that will oxygenate your brain, boost your energy, and increase overall sense of well-being. Based on the scientifically proven fact that voluntary laughter provides the same physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter.
