    Job Description
    Embroidery & Screen Works, Inc. (EASW) is looking for an additional team member to service our growing customer needs. Specifically, a creative customer service team member to build relationships with our clients and provide solutions for their custom branded apparel and promotional items. We are looking for a highly motivated person who enjoys a wide variety of responsibilities, is flexible and loves to work with people. Must have strong communication skills to work with all team members and clients on various projects.
    • Customer service - Phone, face-to-face customers and email
    • Graphic design - Experience in Adobe suite (Illustrator & Photoshop) is preferred
    • Entering orders
    • Decorating team support
    • Managing showroom design and layout
    • Building customer relationships
    • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
    • Take the extra mile to engage customers
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
