State of the Community
There are three State of the Community Luncheons in 2017. These luncheons are hosted by the Chamber of Commerce Governmental Affairs Committee.
The luncheons will be located at Minervas Convention Center. Different speakers will be featured at each event. Speakers include the City of Yankton, Yankton County, Yankton Area Progressive Growth, the Yankton School District, Onward Yankton and Mount Marty College.
Each speaker has 10-15 minutes to discuss challenges, opportunities and projects they are currently working on that affect our community. There is then time for facilitated questions after both speakers have completed their presentations.
This function is open to members and non-members. Early-Bird luncheon tickets are $15 (early-bird deadline is 10 days prior to event date), with tickets costing $18 after Early-Bird cutoff. The dates for the 2017 luncheons are:
